Pride Perfumes Return Policy

At Pride Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your perfume for any reason, you may be eligible for an exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:

7-Day Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within this timeframe.

Package Condition: The perfume package, including any seals or tamper-evident features, must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition to be eligible for an exchange. If the package has been opened or tampered with in any way, the return for exchange may be denied.

Product Condition: The perfume itself should also be in its original, unused condition. It should not have been sprayed or otherwise used. The product should be returned in its original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return for an exchange, please contact our customer service team by emailing prideperfumes.lk@gmail.com or calling 075 970 4930/ 0777 206 266 . You will be asked to provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

Exchange Process: Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return policy criteria, we will process the exchange. You may be eligible for an exchange of the same perfume or an alternative product of equal or lesser value. The shipping costs for the exchange may be the customer's responsibility.

Refunds: Please note that our standard return process is for exchanges, not refunds. If you wish to receive a refund instead of an exchange, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
